In this episode we cover the importance of having specific environments for each task. If you have a designated area or object for a specific habit then you will more easily be able to keep that habit and routine. So your office desk is for work only and not eating, your favorite chair is for reading and not watching TV, the dinning room table is for eating kids crafts and activities. Having these boundaries will help you keep habits. This is also important when developing new habits by creating a specific space that cues that habit.
