what is the ripped routine?

the more structure you have the more freedom you will have to enjoy what you want.

I used to hate structure.  I had negative feelings and emotions around that word.  It made me feel trapped like I was holding an anchor.  

The past few years, I have changed my mindset around structure and what it can do for us.  Structure and routines allow us to be creative.  NO, I am not talking about scheduling bathroom breaks or taking things to the extreme.

Get structure around the areas I love in my business and get others to do what I'm not good at and don't love. Structure the most difficult tasks or hardest-hitting during the time of day I'm at my best. You may notice that the time you are low on energy is when you are doing things like scrolling through IG or social.

What am I best at? Structure your time doing the things I'm the best at. Fight for every second of every min. Most of us are good at this in 1 area, but not the rest. You do $5 per hour work you should pay someone else to do or spending time doing something you suck at.

Building a life on fire requires an unbreakable routine. I will personally walk you through to audit your daily schedule and remove habits and tasks that are holding you back in order to build unbreakable habits that will launch you into a life that’s on fire.

You will live your ideal day, everyday.
This includes weekly Trainings and modules on the Forever5 pillars: Faith, Family, Fitness, Finances, and FUN. 2x 30-60min calls per week with tracking, checkin’s and homework/modules each week. We will audit your current routine and schedule and remove the guesswork

1 ON 1 PRIVATE COACHING
